Shai Strahin is the owner of Shai Waxes in Durham. After working in waxing for a franchise, she opened her own studio, with a focus on Brazilian and brow appointments.
In her public interview, Shai describes authenticity and genuine client relationships as central to her work. Her studio is at Southpoint Salon Lofts, Loft 6.

Are male client bookings available?
The current booking menu says there are no new male client bookings and instructs men not to book services online. Contact Shai directly if you have questions. This concept does not change that restriction.
What is the no-show policy?
The published policy lists a 50% fee for a no-show if you do not call or text ahead to say you cannot make the appointment. Contact Shai as soon as you know you cannot attend.
